Over the last months Anne and Trevor have been consulting closely with staff, volunteers and when possible patients to explore alternative ways of delivering the Hospital Arts programme in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
They’ve devised a series of focused projects that will increase in breadth and reach as they develop. Central to the approach is the inclusion of key NHS staff at all stages of the projects’ development to make sure that activity is complementary and supports patients.
Find out more about the projects below or simply contact Anne or Trevor for more information and a chat.
Lost for Words will give staff and patients the opportunity to immerse themselves in the joy of writing, and marvel in the limitless possibilities of the imagination.
Participants will have weekly access to Laura Marney, a professional writer, who will act as a mentor and motivator.

Over the next weeks we will start with a very simple visual conversation where you will be invited to exchange doodles, drawings and visual ideas with Artlink staff and artists.
We will be exploring what ideas, hopes and experiences we share. We will be ‘building bridges‘.
As social distancing is still very much in place we though we share this tour of the National Library of Scotland with you. A very different way of experiencing words and space.
